Where do I go to get the onboarding forms? Got to the Insite Forms tab. Download and review all the forms. To upload the forms directly to your Insite Portal go to the Upload Forms Tab.
My personal information has changed, how do I notify Insite? Go to the contact information Tab to update changes in your marital status, address, phone number, etc.
How do I update my bank account information? Go to the Insite Forms tab and resubmit the Wire Transfer Form
What is the expense and reimbursement policy? This information can be found by going to the Insite Forms tab and reviewing the Insite CS Policies and Procedures Manual.
What happens when an audit is canceled? If an audit is canceled by the factory within 7 calendar days from the scheduled audit date, the compliance specialist will be reimbursed for their workday fees and any non-refundable expenses incurred. Insite expects the compliance specialist to use the travel credit they receive for their next audit with Insite.
What are Insite’s Covid-19 guidelines? We require all compliance specialist to fill out the pre-audit health check form located on the home page and the Insite Forms Tab.
When do reports have to be submitted? Once an Insite Service is completed, our compliance specialists are required to submit the completed documents as per the field instructions. Insite’s general guidelines is to submit the report within 3 business days of the service completion, send the report to firstname.lastname@example.org or the client’s platform. Go to the Insite Forms tab and reviewing the CS Policies and Procedures Manual.
How do I know what the field instructions are? The coordinator sends the field instructions out for every audit.
How do I report an Ethics Violation? Go to the home page and click on the Ethics Line link and follow the instructions listed next to your country or region to anonymously report unethical behavior by an Insite employee, factory workers, factory management, agents or vendor.
